MQP series spiral air crushing is the high-speed air to drive the material in the direction of tangential impact in the grinding chamber, shear and other comprehensive forces to break the material. - 01The grinding chamber structure is made of two whole steel plates CNC machining, without any welding seams and rotating parts, without any dead corners, easy to disassemble and clean, especially suitable for the production of sterile drugs for injection and infusion.
- 02The sealing system processed by the world CNC machine tool (United States HARDINGE) ensures that the design performance is reflected.
- 03Internal surface electrolytic polishing, roughness up to Ra=0.4 micron.
- 04The product size distribution is narrow, the vertex cutting is accurate, and the size distribution is adjustable.
- 05Comply with GMP, C-GMP, FDA certification requirements.
- 06Meet CIP and SIP online cleaning requirements.
- 07The whole grinding system is completely closed production, no dust spillover.
