The KB-T ton bag unpacking device is to lift the ton bag from the lifting device to the rack of the bag unpacking machine, open the bag clamping device, place the lower discharge port of the ton bag in the bag clamping device, close the bag clamping device, untie the rope of the ton bag, and start the operation. In the process of blanking, the flow is assisted by tapping to improve the blanking speed and ensure that the material has no residue. The device can effectively protect the production environment, reduce the work intensity of the workers, and improve the production efficiency, and solve the phenomenon that the large bag is caked and the bridge is not easy to discharge due to moisture absorption in the work of opening the bag.
