Product Introduction

Perman new generation of air classifier is divided into vertical and horizontal according to the different materials, and is divided into single rotor or multiple rotors according to the capacity. Through independent research and development technology, it has developed a new classification equipment that can grade different fine powder finness. In the technical use of direct motor or shaft sleeve belt drive impeller classification system, can adapt to the frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, adapt to various fine dust adjustment, high degree of automation. The new generation of single-wheel classifier has the advantages of compact structure, small occupation area, and strong applicability. It can be flexibly used in series with a variety of equipment (modifying machine, spheroidizing machine, pressing mill, vertical mill, impact mill, etc.) to form a closed circuit system.

Scope of use

It is suitable for all kinds of mill equipment (air mill, ring roller mill, Raymond mill, etc.) to form a closed circuit system to realize the secondary classification of fine powder particles.

The fineness of the new generation of single-wheel classifier can reach 4000-5000 mesh.
